The Collaboration delivers BNL Lead Working training a range of ways including online, face to face, and through a train the trainer program.  If your organisation delivers training internally, please contact your nominated trainer for more details. If your organisation does not run training internally, you can book into one of our upcoming training sessions using the link below.

Remember: you must complete the new user onboarding process before you can book into a Lead Worker training session.

Lead Worker Training

Our lead worker training is a short, interactive introduction to the NSW By-Name List.  In this session you will learn about how the By Name List can support a wide range of collaborative activities, as well as how you can use the system to deliver person centered care to people experiencing, or at risk of homelessness in NSW.

We are currently working hard to release the new generation of the By Name List to communities across New South Wales. Please come back soon to book into a training session.
