Strategic Collaborators

The End Street Sleeping Collaboration is grateful to the following individuals and organisations for supporting the development and implementation of our work.

PAYCE Foundation

The PAYCE Foundation has a deep commitment to social causes which assist people facing social disadvantage and isolation.

Homelessness is a grim reality for so many Australians, particularly in NSW.

The PAYCE Foundation is proud to lend its support to the End Street Sleeping Collaboration. The initiative can make lasting change, not only reducing street sleeping numbers, but also implementing innovative programs that prevent homelessness.

City of Sydney

The City of Sydney work in partnership with homelessness and allied services with the goal of ending long term homelessness. It is the only council in NSW with a dedicated homelessness service. This includes $4.2 million funding for services to reduce homelessness through Family and Community Services NSW.

They take an active role in creating opportunities for partners to work collaboratively or come together to exchange new information and learn from each other.

Barhead Solutions

Barhead Solutions and Microsoft Australia has generously volunteered their time to build a data collection tool for use at Connections Week, and established a platform for the By- Name List which provides integral reporting of the data collected.

Barhead has also committed to provide ongoing technical support for these custom built platforms into the future.

In recognition of their work in developing the By-Name List, Barhead won the 2022 Microsoft Community Response Award, winning against more than 2,500 global nominations.

Corrs Chambers Westgarth

Corrs Chambers Westgarth has committed to providing pro-bono legal advice to the End Street Sleeping Collaboration.

Berg Family Foundation and Grahame Mapp Foundation

ESSC acknowledge our Foundational Philanthropists: The Berg Family Foundation and the Grahame Mapp Foundation.

Together these visionary philanthropists have provided foundation investment in the building of the Real Time By-Name List. This technology will enable front-line workers to create and update records of people street sleeping in real time, across NSW.
