Mark Phillips

Chief Executive Officer

Mark has a broad background in both the business and not-for-profit sectors. Mark has a proven track record in establishing, growing and turning around businesses and organisations. His executive roles have included being Managing Director of ASX-listed companies, Executive Chair of a funds management business and Chief Executive of a large social services organisation, as well as holding a range of senior positions with a major Australian bank.


Peter Valpiani

Chief Technology Officer

Peter has extensive experience in the homelessness sector, including as CEO of The Haymarket Foundation and COO of The Bill Crews Charitable Trust. Peter has been working with the End Street Sleeping Collaboration as a partner since its inception.

Peter is now working with the Collaboration in an executive role, designing the next stage of the By-Name List as the Collaboration begins focusing on up-stream and down-stream systems changes to prevent people entering or re-entering the streets to live.

Katie Feeney

Director, Community Impact

Katie is an experienced senior leader with a passion for creating positive social change. She has 20 years’ experience working in both the public and private sector on driving evidence-based policy reform.

Over the past few years, Katie led the NSW Office of Social Impact Investment working with not-for-profit service providers to deliver new ways of addressing complex social issues affecting vulnerable people including children in care, offenders, those at risk of homelessness and Aboriginal communities.

Katie is passionate about using data and evidence to achieve better outcomes for vulnerable people. So, as well as helping to establish new community collaborations, Katie will be assisting the analytics team to develop insights into areas for systems change.


Damian Royce

Community Impact Officer

Damian is a dedicated and values-driven leader with nearly a decade of experience managing frontline homelessness services.

His expertise extends to community development, where he strategically focuses on creating meaningful and sustainable change.

Passionate about fostering strong partnerships, Damian is committed to driving continuous improvement within the homelessness sector.


Sacha Zunic

Project Coordinator, Northern Rivers Zero

Sacha has over 20 years of management and frontline experience across the public and community sectors. This experience has included counselling and therapy with disadvantaged communities, front-line crisis and homelessness assertive outreach, as well as community project management and policy development across multiple regions of NSW.

From 2022 to 2024, Sacha was part of the Assertive Outreach program in the Northern Rivers which won the Premiers Award for Connecting Communities.

Sacha is passionate about the power of communities and collaborative practice to enable positive social systemic and structural change, and to strengthen service delivery in support of individuals experiencing homelessness.
