New Users

The By Name List is a shared platform supporting collaborative efforts to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in NSW. The new generation of By Name List has been redesigned to be simpler, more powerful, and easier to user for care coordination.

There are some requirements that must be met before a new user can start using the By Name List. These are safeguards designed to ensure privacy, and appropriate use of information held in the system.

Requirements

• You must work for an organisation that is registered as a collaboration partner.  If they aren’t, you can complete the organisational joining process here.

• You must be working in an appropriate frontline capacity in your organisation. 

• You must sign a confidentiality agreement. ESSC Confidentiality Deed

• You must complete our Lead Worker Training.  You can sign up to training as part of new user onboarding.

Analytics Access: If you are working at a place based or systems change level, you do not need access to the By Name List to securely access our data tools and analytics. If you would like access to our place based or systems change tools, please contact our community impact team at communityimpact@endstreetsleeping.org.
