  • New or much easier processes:

    • Streamlined form & simple guide.

    • Opportunity to escalate directly with a Point of contact.

    • You no longer need to complete the “fee waiver support letter” or “Authorised agent form” for Birth Cert.

    • At service NSW access the specialised team who can offer a more personalised, prioritised support for photo cards.

  • Any Specialist Homelessness Service staff who work within a Sydney Zero organisation – who support people experiencing homelessness

  • This project responded to frontline feedback where lack of ID is a key barrier to access urgent housing and services for people experiencing homelessness. The Sydney Zero Action Group prioritised collaboration with ID issuing agencies to streamline access.
