Homeless Person’s Memorial Service

Many people who are homeless die unnoticed and unmourned.

Each year on the Winter Solstice, a candlelit community event is held to commemorate those who have died while being homeless in the last 12 months.

This year’s candlelight service will be held in the Martin Place Amphitheatre on Friday the 21st of June at 6:00pm. All are welcome to attend.

This year, the Minister for Homelessness the Hon. Rose Jackson will be providing an address.

Also joining us again will be the Sydney street choir and the Honeybees Choir.
